Jim Chapman, Saxophone-

Jim is one of those musicians who not only has natural musical talent, but who also constantly works to improve. The result is that he is one of the busiest reed players in central Pennsylvania, playing not only Dixieland, but Swing, Big Band, and Bop as well. He's a former Navy musician who also plays in the Consord Sounds and the BD Bop band. He is best known as the veteran soprano saxophone player with the area's most-recognized Dixieland band, the Tarnished Six. Jim and his wife reside in Lock Haven.
